Nowadays, more and more people have their own digital camcorders. To upload videos shot by high definition camcorders to YouTube for sharing has becoming more and more hot, I guess some people may intend to know the easiest and fastest way to upload MOD/TOD videos to YouTube. After all, MOD/TOD files (from JVC, Canon camcorder, etc) can not be uploaded on YouYube or other web-sharing websites directly.
Here I will share with you my solution – convert MOD/TOD to YouTube to realize it.
To start, you should know which video formats YouTube accepts:
Windows Media Video (.WMV)
AVI (windows)
3GP (cell phones)
MP4 (ipod/psp)
MOV (mac)
MPEG
FLV (adobe flash)
MKV (h.264)
In other words, if you want to upload MOD/TOD or other video formats unworkable to YouTube, you have to convert TOD or MOD to YouTube via a good video converter. Based on my own experience, the video file MPEG with MP3 audio is a good choice for uploading.
Once you got the converted video files workable to YouTube, you can follow the steps to upload your videos to YouTube with ease.
Step 1: Go to YouTube
Step 2: Login your account and click the “Upload”. If you have no account, you can register one.
Step 3: Fill related information about the video you uploaded. The more information you fill, the easier it is to find your video for users.
Step 4: Click the yellow button “Upload” to start uploading your video.
Once the video is published, you can browse the video or share it with friends with the URL YouTube provided at random
